I teach and use bowls with specific notes for my shared practices. Sadly an old bowl I had met an end of life, and I thought I had found the perfect option to replace it here. Unfortunately some issues with my order's original request happened and while it took some time to correct it, I'm leaving a 5 star review because I appreciate that Mass Collection followed through with my request originally made. Things happen, esspecially when ordering online, BUT It is rare these days that companies stand behind their products AND Customers. But I found that experience here. Most of the time I would just return an item in unacceptable and ask for a refund if I had an issue, but I appreciate the time Mass Collection took to work with my original request, and their follow through. I would happily return here if I needed in the future!!
