    I never got this item, tracking said it was awaiting sender to send item. After the estimated arrival date passed, I reached out to the seller first, as they ask, and they said they'd look into it. A few days later, I still hadn't heard from the seller and reached out again for an update they responded quickly, but they just reworded my request for an update. I decided to open a case with Etsy after that and Etsy decided to refund me right away. Really too bad as I had really wanted this item.

    Bowls are in good condition!

    I love my item and very happy 😊

    The item came damaged and the mallets were cheaply made. On December 26th I was advised I would receive a return label. I followed up on December 27th. I still have not received the return label. The singing bowls also sing for a few seconds. I do not recommend.

    They were super helpful with my many many questions. Love my bowls.
