I love this bowl! I was able to make it sing right away, and the tone is quite strong, resonant, and pretty. My four year old twins really enjoy when I “play” it for them, as well. They’ll stop what they’re doing to watch (if only for a minute) which is impressive, considering they’re almost constantly moving (that’s actually not an exaggeration; they “stim”, and have the muscles to prove for it). It has helped me a lot when feeling anxious. This was also shipped very quickly. I can’t write on customer service, as nothing needed to be addressed. I will shop here again. Thank you so much!
