The bowl is beautiful and clear, the case is lovely. It's my first singing bowl and I'm pleasantly surprised by how easy it is to use and how clear it sounds! Customer service is great, too, quick to respond and willing to help ❤️

Not too thrilled with the service I received. I did not receive the particular singing bowl that I requested. I advised the seller of this and they apologized, stating that the bowl I requested didn't pass the sound test and they forgot to message me prior to deciding which random bowl to send me. While the bowl itself is beautiful. I expect quality service. An apology with no offer for resolution was all that I received. I unfortunately will not purchase from here again. Thank you
