The seller was a bit hard to communicate with but did everything right to make the customer feel happy. I initially purchased a bowl and was not happy with the sound. The seller offered an exchange. I sent the original bowl back and waited a few more weeks to recieve the exchange. When I recieved the exchange I was upset because it was not the same bowl as we spoke of in the exchange. HOWEVER, the seller went above and beyond to send out the replacement (to the replacement) the next day and told me not to worry about about the first replacement. For this reason, I'm giving the seller 5 stars because they did everything to make things right. Im very happy with my singing bowl despite the communication and wait period in terms of shipping. Great seller and I would buy from again. Thank you 5 stars!
