I was having a problem with the singing bowl not keeping the tone going. I contacted the seller and he asked me to call him so he can help. I work nights so when he sent the message, I was asleep. When I woke up, I called the number provided but it went straight to voicemail. I didn’t leave a message, figuring he must be busy, so I tried to play the bowl again. It seems to keep the tone for a longer period of time right now. I don’t know what the difference was from last night to today. The bowl is well made, from the bowl to the little mallet and cushion, and I like the fact that it was made in Nepal, along with the carrying case. I eventually would like a larger singer bowl for a deeper sound. I recommend this seller and singing bowl.
